Brad Giles has been recruiting for more than a decade. He started his career with a 200 million dollar national IT recruiting firm with 30 offices around the country.
Giles filled numerous positions in a 4 year period with mostly technology companies who received VC funding during the internet boom of the late 90’s. In the down turn of the internet economy in 2002, Giles switched his focus from Software Engineers and Web Developers to Sales and Marketing professionals to help his client increase their revenues by improving their sales staff. Because of his success as a top recruiter, Giles was promoted into a management position in which he built and led a team of recruiters to capture this new market.
Giles’ drive to stay ahead led him to the health care industry where he landed a job with a 50 million dollar medical staffing company where he staffed Emergency Medicine Physicians. Within a short period of time, Giles earned the recognition of being a top recruiter for the company.
At any given time Brad had approximately 2 dozen Emergency Medicine Physicians on assignments working around the country. The ER’s ranged from high volume Trauma Level I hospitals to Indian Reservations, VA Hospitals and resort locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Martha’s Vineyard and the Outer Banks.
Giles’ drive to stay ahead and his entrepreneurial spirit drove him to launch his own recruiting company with fellow recruiter, Brett Carlson. Together, Giles and Carlson have launched a company unique in its approach to recruiting in its “Bigger, Better, Best” model.

Giles is a graduate of the University of Utah and he speaks Dutch.
